What to expect

Phase 1: Local Competition
Complete online assessment tests – both personality and technical
Virtual interview with EY’s HR & Tax leaders
Visit EY’s premises to present a case study provided by the us
Phase 2: Global Competition
The finalist will represent EY Greece on the global virtual event that will take place in January
Phase 3: Global Competition
10 finalists from the phase 2, will be selected to compete on a final stage that will take place in one of the countries around the world that EY operates
Who can apply
- All undergraduate and post-graduate students with Accounting, Finance, Economic, Business or Law studies (relevant experience 0 to 6 months)
- Strong interest and motivation for Tax area

- Perfect oral and written use of English
- Passion for Tax
- Fluency in the use of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Agile, growth-oriented mindset
- Curious and purpose driven
