H2020 project - Jointpromise: Precision manufacturing of microengineered complex joint implants.
The Institute of Chemical Engineering Sciences (ICE-HT), Foundation for Research and Technology (FORTH), Patras, Greece is seeking 2 Post-doctoral and 2 PhD candidate researchers to participate in the H2020 project "JOINTPROMISE - Precision manufacturing of microengineered complex joint implants".
The project involves activities in the development of bioprinting and bioreactor technologies in skeletal tissue engineering applications, for which candidates with a background in (bio) chemical or mechanical engineering, (bio) materials or cell biology and related fields are encouraged to apply. In addition, development of metabolomics methodologies and multi-omic analyses using bioinformatics and systems biology tools are to be carried out for which candidates with a background in (bio)chemical engineering, biochemistry, systems biology and bioinformatics are encouraged to apply. These positions offer added value through the involvement and participation across a diverse multidisciplinary consortium with leading EU research Institutes and companies; hence, highly motivated candidates are welcome.
