TOYOTA Hellas is currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support and guide the network on technical concerns contributing to the implementation of company's policy on total customer satisfaction, while ensuring effective communication with Toyota Motor Europe’s Quality division, by achieving top scores in technical service KPIs.

Key accountabilities

• Provides repair support remotely or on-site and guidance to the network on technical concerns, timely and promptly, contributing to the achievement of customer satisfaction and customer retention objectives

• Technical Liaison with TME on all technical concerns regarding the Greek market

• Field visits to both inspect quality standards and technical and repair processes

• Overviews and analyzes technical reports from dealers’ network and in combination with field visits creates action plan with dealers, for the improvement of repair support performance

• Aiming top performance on all quantitative and qualitative KPIs in cooperation with Technical Manager

• Proofreading technical material to ensure proper localization

• Identifies areas for improvement and training needs for the network and proposes specific actions contributing to the development of network's potential, in cooperation with the Training Department

• Handles the support, maintenance, and updates of advanced diagnostic equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant field

• Up to 6 years of experience in technical roles

• Fluent in English language (both written and verbal)

• Knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with systems & tools
