Οι βοηθοί γραφείου είναι υπεύθυνοι για την εκτέλεση καθηκόντων υπαλλήλου γραφείου και διοικητικών καθηκόντων σε περιβάλλον γραφείου και την υποστήριξη των επιχειρηματικών λειτουργιών σε τμήματα εταιρειών. Υποβοηθούν όλα τα μέλη του διοικητικού προσωπικού, τους γραμματείς και τους βοηθούς, εκτελώντας εργασίες όπως η ταξινόμηση του ταχυδρομείου, των εντύπων και των εγγράφων, η απάντηση τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων, η υποδοχή πελατών, ο προγραμματισμός συσκέψεων και το σερβίρισμα ποτών.
