So what’s the challenge…


The CRM Applications Engineer designs and delivers software solutions that meet business objectives using Salesforce Cloud platform best practices as well as participates in the lifecycle support of respective applications and services. He/ She participates in mission critical business assignments, creating next-generation solutions and acting as the go-to-expert contact regarding application architecture and design.


Your day to day will include:


•    Reviewing business, functional, and technical requirements and participating in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
•    Developing automations, CloudPages, SMS, Email and Mobile Push foundation services as well as integrations with 3rd party systems
•    Optimizing the existing Salesforce implementations/configurations and designing new features/enhancements
•    Displaying robust analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify, debug and resolve technical issues 
•    Applying best practices to existing and new implementations/configurations
•    Identifying, assessing and proposing solutions/initiatives that could improve the current set-up based on Salesforce technology capabilities
•    Acting as escalation point for technical issues


What you need to succeed: 

 

•    BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, Operational Research or any other relevant field
•    3+ years’ experience in Marketing CRM domain as a technical consultant, solution designer, software engineer or functional analyst 
•    Hands on experience with Campaign Marketing tools such as Oracle Responsys, Adobe Experience Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365. 
•    Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is considered as plus.
•    Strong knowledge of popular communication channels (e.g. Email, SMS, Push Notifications) technical foundation principles
•    Good knowledge of HTML, Javascript, SQL
•    Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and Event Driven Architecture
•    Experience working with Agile methodologies / teams is strongly preferred
•    Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
•    Self-motivation and goal orientation
•    Team player spirit
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills, oral and written, in Greek and English, both in technical and non-technical language
